Users and Roles
Inviting teammates
From Settings → Users, an admin can invite a teammate by username. If that username doesn't exist yet on ApacheWatch, a new account is created for them within your organization. If it already exists (they already have an ApacheWatch login from elsewhere), they're added as a member of your organization with the role you choose — their existing password is untouched.

One login, multiple organizations
Your ApacheWatch username and password are global — the same login can belong to more than one organization (for example, a consultant managing several clients' Apache fleets). If your account belongs to more than one organization, you'll be asked which one to enter after logging in.
Disabling a user
An admin can disable a teammate's access to your organization specifically, without affecting any other organization that person might belong to.
Next: Billing and Plans
How many users? Free is a single user. Starter includes up to 3 admins and operators, Professional up to 10, and Enterprise 20 (then $5/month each). Viewers are unlimited from Starter up — see Billing and Plans.
